养阴清肺合剂治疗小儿支原体感染后咳嗽（阴虚肺热证）临床疗效观察

养阴清肺合剂治疗小儿支原体感染后咳嗽（阴虚肺热证）临床疗效观察

目的: 观察养阴清肺合剂治疗小儿肺炎支原体感染后咳嗽（阴虚肺热证）疗效。
方法: 选取2018年1月至2020年6月辽宁中医药大学附属医院儿科门诊及病房收治的小儿支原体感染后咳嗽（阴虚肺热证）患儿120例，随机分为观察组和对照组各60例。对照组予西医基础治疗，观察组在对照组的基础上予养阴清肺合剂口服，两组均连续治疗7 d，观察疗效。
结果: 治疗后观察组咳嗽、大便干、手足心热、盗汗症状积分及总积分明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组总疗效好于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。治疗后观察组愈显率为96.67%（58/60），高于对照,81.67%（49/60），差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。
结论: 养阴清肺合剂治疗小儿支原体感染后咳嗽（阴虚肺热证）疗效显著。

Yangyin Qingfei mixture in the treatment of cough(yin-deficiency and lung-heat syndrome) after mycoplasma infection in children:a clinical observation
