Abstract: Professor Liu Yushu applies the holistic concept of traditional Chinese medicine and the disease differentiation of viscera to the comprehensive treatment of tic disorder in children.He is good at treating tic disorder from brain,believing that the disease is associated with the damage of fetus,and the heart and brain are beclouded by phlegm.Therefore,the disease is located mainly in heart and brain,the insufficiency of brains is the root,and wind,phlegm and heat are the manifestations.In the treatment of tic disorder,the key is to keep brains sufficient and healthy,which is assisted by calming liver wind and removing phlegm.The self-made Choudongning granules is taken orally and Pingdong ointment is used for external treatment,with ear acupoint therapy as an assistant treatment.
