摘要/Abstract

摘要： 小儿难治性肾病病因错综复杂，是儿童时期一种棘手的肾脏疾病，其治疗难度大，易反复，预后较差。目前关于中医理论指导的相关研究越来越多，其研究也不断深入，也挖掘出了中医药在临床疾病治疗中的独特优势。伏邪为潜藏在体内而不发作的病邪，伏邪理论在指导小儿难治性肾病的防治过程中发挥出极大优势。笔者以中医“伏邪”理论为线索展开论述，探讨“热”“瘀”“虚”与小儿难治性肾病的关系及相关治疗，为中医药防治该病提供新思路。

Abstract: The causes of refractory nephropathy in children are complex，and it is an intractable kidney disease in childhood. Its treatment is difficult and it is very likely to recur，and the prognosis is poor. At present，there are more and more researches on the theoretical guidance of Chinese medicine，and these researches have also been deepened，which has also unearthed the unique advantages of Chinese medicine in the treatment of clinical diseases. "Fu Xie" refers to the pathogenic factors hidden in the body without being manifested as a disease. The theory of "Fu Xie" shows its significant advantage in the prevention and treatment of children's refractory nephropathy. The author discusses the relationship between "heat"，"blood stasis" as well as "deficiency" and children's refractory nephropathy and the related treatment based on the theory of "Fu Xie" in TCM，which provides a new idea for the prevention and treatment of the disease with traditional Chinese medicine.
