摘要： 目的 检测小儿轮状病毒肠炎合并心肌损害患者外周血单核细胞中Toll样受体2/4(TLR2/4)的表达和意义。方法 收集2019年12月至2021年12月三门峡市中心医院收治的轮状病毒肠炎患儿50例为研究对象，其中25例合并伴心肌损害患儿为观察组，25例无心肌损害患儿为对照组。同期选取25例在我院健康体检儿童为健康组。采用酶联免疫吸附测定检测3组血清肌酸激酶(CK)、肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、谷草转氨酶(AST)、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-8(IL-8)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、γ干扰素(INF-γ)水平，采用实时荧光定量聚合酶链式反应测3组外周血单核细胞中TLR2/4的基因表达，采用流式细胞术检测3组外周血单核细胞中TLR2/4的蛋白表达。结果 观察组和对照组血清CK、CK-MB、LDH、AST、TNF-α、IL-8、CRP、INF-γ水平及外周血单核细胞中TLR2和TLR4的基因和蛋白表达水平均高于健康组(P<0.05),同时观察组以上指标均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 轮状病毒肠炎合并心肌损害患儿外周血单核细胞中TLR2及TL...

Abstract: ObjectiveTo detect the expression and significance of Toll-like receptor 2/4（TLR2/4） in peripheral blood monocytes of children with rotavirus（RV） enteritis complicated with myocardial damage.MethodsTotally 25 cases of RV enteritis with myocardial damage and 25 cases of RV without myocardial damage were selected as the research subjects，another 25 healthy children were selected as the control group. Serum CK，CK-MB，LDH，AST，TNF-α，IL-8，CRP and INF-γ were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay（ELISA），TLR2/4 gene expression in peripheral blood monocytes of patients in each group was detected by real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR（RT-qPCR），the expression of TLR2/4 protein in peripheral blood monocytes was detected by flow cytometry.ResultsThe serum CK，CK-MB，LDH，AST，TNF-α，IL-8，CRP，INF-γ and the gene and protein expression of TLR2 and TLR4 in peripheral blood monocytes in the observation group and control group were higher than those in the healthy group（P＜0.05），and they were higher in the observation group than in the control group（P＜0.05）.ConclusionThe levels of TLR2 and TLR4 in peripheral blood monocytes of children with RV enteritis complicated with myocardial damageare significantly higher than those of children in control group and healthy group，which can be used as a diagnostic index for early diagnosis of RV enteritis complicated with myocardial damage.
