热毒宁治疗小儿病毒性肺炎有效性与安全性的Meta分析

摘要： 目的 通过Meta分析方法探讨热毒宁注射液在小儿病毒性肺炎治疗过程中的有效性与安全性。方法 检索在中国知网、维普数据库、万方数据库、中国生物医学文献服务系统、PubMed、Embase数据库中检索有关热毒宁及小儿病毒性肺炎相关的文献，检索时限均为从建库至2021年9月。通过Endnote X9软件去重排除重复文献，根据纳排标准筛选文献，提取数据，质量评价。采用Stata 15.1软件对数据进行记录和Meta分析。最后采用敏感性分析评估结果可靠性。采用漏斗图评价文献的发表偏倚情况。结果 共纳入21篇文献，研究总样本量为2 632。Meta分析后结果显示，试验组的有效率明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义[RR=1.13,95%CI(1.05,1.21)]。试验组不良反应发生率明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义[RR=0.43,95%CI(0.29,0.64)]。咳嗽消失时间[SMD=-2.73,95%CI(-3.45,-2.00)],肺部啰音消失时间[SMD=-1.28,95%CI(-1.40,-1.13)],咽痛消失时间[SMD=-1.26,95%CI(-2.00,-0.52)],X线胸片阴影消失时间[SMD=-2.38,95%CI(-3.38,-0.88)],退热时间[SMD=-2.14,95%CI(-2.85,-1.43)],住院时间[SMD=-1.97,95%CI(-2.79,-1.14)],结果均显示试验组效果优于对照组。结论 热毒宁注射液在治疗小儿病毒性肺炎时疗效显著，在联合使用热毒宁注射液的情况下能够提升有效率并大幅度减少不良反应的发生。

Abstract: ObjectiveTo explore whether the use of Reduning injection can improve the effectiveness and safety of the treatment for pediatric viral pneumonia by Meta-analysis.MethodsLiteratures on Reduning injection and pediatric viral pneumonia were searched in CNKI,VIP, Wanfang, CBM, PubMed and Embase databases, with the time limit from database construction to September 2021.Duplicate literature was excluded by Endnote X9 software; literature was screened according to the exclusion criteria,and data were extracted and quality evaluated.Data were recorded and Meta-analyzed using Stata 15.1 software.Finally, a sensitivity analysis was used to assess the outcome reliability.Funnel plots were used to evaluate the publication bias of the literature.ResultsA total of 21 literature articles were included, and the total sample size of the study was 2 632 cases.The results by Meta-analysis showed that the effective rate of test group was significantly higher than that of the control group with RR=1.13,95%CI(1.05,1.21).The incidence of adverse reactions in the test group was significantly lower than that in the control group, with RR=0.43,95%CI(0.29,0.64).Cough disappearance time［SMD=-2.73, 95%CI(-3.45, -2.00)］, lung rale disappearance time［SMD=-1.28, 95%CI(-1.40, -1.13)］,sore throat disappearance time［SMD=-1.26, 95%CI(-2.00, -0.52)］, X-ray chest ray shadow disappearance time［SMD=-2.38, 95%CI(-3.38, -0.88)］, time of fever relief［SMD=-2.14, 95%CI(-2.85, -1.43)］,and time of hospital stay［SMD=-1.97, 95%CI(-2.79, -1.14)］, in the test group were all better than those in the control group.ConclusionReduning injection is very effective in the treatment of viral pneumonia in children,and can increase the effective rate and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
