集体语言训练对语言发育迟缓患儿发育水平及神经营养因子水平的影响

摘要: 目的 探究集体语言训练在语言发育迟缓患儿中的应用效果,及其对发育水平、语言能力及神经营养因子水平的影响。方法 选取我科2019年9月至2021年3月收治住院的语言发育迟缓患儿89例为研究对象,随机分为对照组44例和观察组45例。两组均给予经颅磁刺激疗法,对照组给予一对一语言康复训练,观察组给予集体语言训练进行治疗,对比两组患儿发育水平、语言能力、神经营养因子水平。结果 干预前,两组发育水平、语言能力、神经营养因子水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,观察组适应性、语言、个人社交、语言理解、语言表达、操作能力评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后两组神经营养因子比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 集体语言训练可以明显改善语言发育迟缓患儿的发育水平以及语言能力,但对脑内神经营养因子水平无明显作用。

Abstract:

ObjectiveTo explore the application effect of collective language training in children with language development delay and its influence on developmental levellanguage ability and neurotrophic factor level.MethodsA total of 89 children with language development delay admitted to our department from September 2019 to March 2021 were selected as the research subjectswho were randomly divided into the control group(44 cases) and the observation group(45 cases).Both groups were given transcranial magnetic stimulation therapythe control group was given one-on-one language rehabilitation trainingand the observation group was given collective language training for treatment.The development levellanguage ability and neurotrophic factor levels of the two groups were compared.ResultsBefore interventionthere were no significant differences in developmental levellanguage ability or neurotrophic factor levels between the two groups(P>0.05).After interventionthe scores in adaptabilitylanguagepersonal social interactionlanguage understandinglanguage expression and operation ability in the observation group were higher than those in the control groupand the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in neurotrophic factors between the two groups after intervention(P>0.05).ConclusionCollective language training can significantly improve the developmental level and language ability of children with language development delaybut has no obvious effect on the level of neurotrophic factors in the brain.
