摘要： 目的 对小青龙汤治疗毛细支气管炎的疗效及安全性进行系统评价。方法 系统检索CNKI、Wangfang Date、VIP、CBM、Embase、Registry Platform、CENTRAL数据库，纳入小青龙汤治疗毛细支气管炎的随机对照试验(RCT),检索时间为2006年1月至2020年12月；纳入试验的质量用Cochrane推荐的ROB量表评价，使用RevMan 5.4统计软件进行Meta分析。结果 纳入15项RCT,共1 270例研究对象。Meta分析结果显示，与单纯西医组相比，小青龙汤能够提高临床疗效[RR=1.21,95%CI(1.16,1.27),P<0.000 01];在改善临床症状体征，如缩短退热时间、咳嗽消失时间、憋喘消失时间、肺部啰音消失时间、哮鸣音消失时间等方面，小青龙汤效果均优于对照组，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 小青龙汤治疗毛细支气管炎可提高临床疗效，缩短住院时间，改善临床症状。但由于纳入研究数量有限、方法学质量不高，尚需要高质量、大样本的RCT加以证实。

Abstract:

ObjectiveTo systematically evaluate the efficacy and safety of Xiaoqinglong decoction in the treatment of bronchiolitis in children.MethodsThe databases of CNKI，Wangfang Date，VIP，CBM Embase，Registry Platform and CENTRAL were systematically searched，and the random controlled trials(RCT) of Xiaoqinglong decoction in the treatment of bronchiolitis in children was included，the search time was from January 2006 to December 2020，and the quality of the trial was evaluated by ROB scale recommended by Cochrane and analyzed by RevMan 5.4 statistical software.ResultsA total of 15 randomized controlled trials were included，involving 1 270 subjects.The results of Meta analysis showed that Xiaoqinglong decoction could improve the clinical curative effect compared with the western medicine group［RR=1.21，95%CI(1.16，1.27)，P<0.000 01］.In the aspect of improving the clinical symptoms and signs，such as shortening the antipyretic time，the disappearance time of cough，the disappearance time of asthma，the disappearance time of lung rale and wheezing，the effect of Xiaoqinglong decoction was better than that of the control group，and the difference was statistically significant(P< 0.05).ConclusionXiaoqinglong decoction can improve the clinical effect，shorten the hospitalization time and improve the clinical symptoms in the treatment of bronchiolitis in children.However，due to the limited number of included studies and the low quality of methodology，it still needs to be confirmed by high-quality and large-sample RCT.
