摘要： 目的 通过Meta分析评价中成药治疗儿童流行性感冒的临床疗效及安全性。方法 检索PubMed、Cochrane Library、Embase、中国知网(CNKI)、中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)、万方(WanFang)和维普(VIP)数据库。由2位研究者依照纳排标准独立进行文献筛选，对符合要求的文献采用Cochrane偏倚风险评估工具对其方法学质量进行评估。提取文献的原始资料，采用Revman 5.3软件进行文献数据整合分析。结果 共纳入51篇中文文献，研究质量均偏低。Meta分析结果：(1)临床疗效方面：中成药单用或联用西药治疗儿童流感的临床总有效率优于西药(P<0.000 01)。(2)安全性方面：口服中成药治疗儿童流感的不良事件发生率与西药相比，差异有统计学意义(P=0.001);中成药注射液治疗儿童流感的不良事件发生率与西药相比，差异无统计学意义(P=0.56)。结论 基于目前的证据，中成药治疗儿童流感疗效确切，口服中成药安全性较好。

Abstract:

ObjectiveTo evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of Chinese patent medicine in treating influenza in children by meta-analysis.MethodsThe PubMed, Cochrane Library, Embase, CNKI, CBM, WanFang and VIP databases were searched. Two investigators independently screened the literature according to inclusion and exclusion criteria. The qualified literature reviews were evaluated for its methodological quality by using the Cochrane risk assessment tool. The original data of the literature was extracted and the data integration analysis of the literature was carried out by using Revman 5.3 software.ResultsA total of 51 Chinese RCTs were included, which were of low research quality. Meta-analysis results showed that: （1）In terms of clinical efficacy, Chinese patent medicine used alone or in combination with western medicine is better than western medicine in the treatment of children with influenza(P＜0.000 01). （2）In terms of safety, there was significant difference in the incidence of adverse events between oral Chinese patent medicine and western medicine(P=0.001)；there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse events between Chinese patent medicine injection and western medicine(P=0.56).ConclusionBased on the current evidence, it has been proved that Chinese patent medicine is effective in the treatment of childhood influenza, and it is safer in oral medication.
