中药煮散剂健脾益气治疗小儿肺脾气虚型慢性咳嗽的临床观察

摘要： 目的 观察我院小儿煮散剂治疗肺脾气虚型小儿慢性咳嗽的临床疗效。方法 选取2019年5月至2020年5月在安阳市中医院儿科门诊就诊的肺脾气虚型小儿慢性咳嗽患儿93例,按就诊先后顺序分为对照组47例和观察组46例。对照组给予常规对症治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上口服我院儿科中药煮散剂,对比两组患儿的中医证候疗效和中医症状评分。结果 治疗后观察组患儿的中医证候疗效优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患儿治疗后中医症状积分均小于治疗前积分,且观察组中医症状积分小于对照组积分,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 我院中药煮散剂对小儿肺脾气虚型慢性咳嗽具有良好的临床疗效,可以临床推广应用。

Abstract: Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Chinese medicine decoction in the treatment of chronic cough of lung-qi and spleen-qi deficiency in children.Methods Totally 93 children with chronic cough of lung-qi and spleen-qi deficiency were selected from the pediatric clinic of Anyang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine who were treated from May 2019 to May 2020,and they were divided into 47 cases in the control group and 46 cases in the observation group.The control group was given routine symptomatic treatment, and the observation group was given oral Chinese medicine decoction on the basis of the treatment for the control group.The curative effect of TCM syndrome and TCM symptom score were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment, the curative effect of TCM syndrome in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05). The score of TCM symptoms in the two groups after treatment was less than that before treatment, and the score of TCM symptoms in the observation group was less than that in the control group, the difference being statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Chinese medicine decoction in our hospital has good clinical effect on chronic cough of lung-qi and spleen-qi deficiency in children, and can be popularized and applied in clinic.
