Abstract: Cerebral palsy is one of the most common disabling diseases during childhood development, which has a great impact on the physical and mental health of children with cerebral palsy. Robotic rehabilitation technology in the field of neurological rehabilitation has been revolutionized and has been increasingly used in clinical treatment. Robot-assisted walking training, characterized by high intensity and repetitiveness, has been a research hotspot for improving neurological diseases in recent years. In this paper, we briefly summarize the effects of different types, rehabilitation mechanisms and training modalities of walking training robots on the body structure and function, activity and participation ability of children with cerebral palsy, aiming to provide a reliable basis for clinical treatment.
