摘要： 目的 运用Meta分析方法研究加减射干麻黄汤治疗儿童咳嗽变异性哮喘的疗效及安全性。方法 全面检索已发表中药射干麻黄汤为基础方或联合西药治疗儿童咳嗽变异性哮喘中干预措施为使用该方的临床随机对照试验的相关文献。两名评价人员分别进行文献检索，用改良的Jadad量表进行文献质量评价、筛选出符合纳入条件的文献后对数据进行提取，最后采用Rev Man 5.3软件进行Meta分析。结果 筛选并纳入13个随机对照试验，共1 491例患者，经Meta分析显示，观察组有效率优于对照组，差异有统计学意义[RR=1.23,95%CI=(1.18,1.29),z=9.23,P<0.000 01];咳嗽症状缓解时间短于对照组，差异有统计学意义[MD=-0.85,95%CI=(-0.94,-0.77),z=19.59,P<0.000 01];不良反应发生率低于对照组，差异有统计学意义[RR=0.40,95%CI=(0.27,0.60),z=4.42,P<0.000 01]。结论 加减射干麻黄汤治疗儿童咳嗽变异性哮喘具有良好的疗效及安全性。

Abstract: ObjectiveTo investigate the efficacy and safety of modified Shegan Mahuang decoction in the treatment of cough variant asthma in children using Meta-analysis.MethodsA comprehensive search of published literature was performed,concerning the clinical randomized controlled trials using Shegan Mahuang decoction as the basic formula or as the intervention measure in western medicine combined treatment for children with cough variant asthma .Two evaluators carried out the literature search,evaluated the quality of the literature using the modified Jadad scale,extracted the data after screening the literature that met the inclusion criteria,and then performed Meta-analysis using Rev Man 5.3 software.ResultsA total of 13 randomized controlled trials involving 1 491 patients were included,and the results of Meta-analysis showed that:the effective rate of the observation group was better than that of the control group［RR=1.23,95%CI=(1.18,1.29),z=9.23,P<0.000 01］,and the time to relief of cough symptoms［MD=-0.85,95%CI=(-0.94,-0.77),z=19.59,P<0.000 01］ was shorter than that of the control group,and the incidence of adverse reactions［RR=0.40,95%CI=(0.27,0.60),z=4.42,P<0.000 01］ was lower than that of the control group.ConclusionThe treatment for cough variant asthma in children with modified Shegan Mahuang decoction has good efficacy and safety.
