近20年儿童肺炎临床实践指南及诊疗规范现状分析

Analysis of the current status of clinical practice guidelines and diagnosis and treatment norms for children with pneumonia in recent 20 years

摘要： 通过检索中国知网、中国生物医学文献服务系统、万方数据知识服务平台、维普中文科技期刊全文数据库、Pubmed、Embase等数据库，医脉通、NICE、NGC、GIN等网站，系统梳理近20年儿童肺炎临床实践指南、诊疗规范，经研究员独立筛选文献，提取资料后，采用国际公认的指南评价工具临床指南研究与评价系统（AGREE） Ⅱ对纳入指南及诊疗规范进行制定方法学的质量评价，得出推荐等级，旨在掌握国内外儿童肺炎临床实践指南的制定方法及质量现状，为今后推进专业领域内高质量临床实践指南的制定工作提供借鉴及参考。

Abstract: By searching CNKI, China biomedical literature service system, Wanfang data knowledge service platform, Weipu Chinese science and technology journal full-text database, Pubmed, Embase and other databases, as well as Yimaitong, NICE,NGC,GIN and other websites, clinical practice guidelines and diagnosis and treatment norms for pediatric pneumonia were sorted out, and literature was independently screened by researchers. After extracting the data, the AGREE Ⅱ tool is used to evaluate the quality of the formulation methodology of the guidelines and diagnosis and treatment norms, and the recommended level is obtained, in order to grasp the formulation methods and quality status of clinical practice guidelines for childhood pneumonia at home and abroad, and to provide reference for the future formulation of high-quality clinical practice guidelines in professional fields.
