Abstract: The purpose of this paper is to introduce Professor Ding Ying's experience in the treatment of renal hematuria in children. Professor Ding Ying summarize the pathogenesis of the disease into three aspects: "heat, blood stasis and deficiency". The disease mainly attacks the kidney and bladder, the heatevil is concentrated in the lower Jiao, disturbing the blood collaterals, and blood overflow is the key to the occurrence of the disease. Yin deficiency with internal heat is the most common clinical syndrome of the disease, and blood stasis is the pathological state throughout the whole course of the disease. At the same time, based on the theory of "collateral disease", it is believed that the stagnation of kidney collaterals is the root cause of difficult recovery of renal hematuria. In terms of treatment, with nourishing Yin and clearing heat, activating blood circulation and dredging collaterals as the treatment principle, Professor Ding creates "Qingre Zhixue prescription" and "Wuteng Tongluo Yin" by herself, which are modified according to the syndrome, and the curative effect is very good.
