Abstract: Henoch-Schnlein purpura(HSP) is an allergic disease mainly involving capillaries and small arteries and veins. Professor Zhu Jinshan has unique clinical opinions on the treatment of allergic purpura and other pediatric difficult and miscellaneous diseases with pure Chinese medicine, which has achieved great effect. It is suggested that the etiology and pathogenesis of this disease are the exogenous six evils and heat underlying evils. At the early stage of differentiated treatment the first thing is to cool and disperse blood heat，and pay attention to the discharge of evils; at the middle stage，when clearing heat and cooling blood，we should take care of the Yin fluid，and at the later stage，Both attack and complement should be carried out，and we should not forget to clear the residual heat. Based on case analysis，this paper summarizes Professor Zhu's experience in the treatment of children with Hencch-Schonlein purpura.
