Abstract: Objective：To explore the clinical value of ultrasonography in the early diagnosis of pediatric hip dysplasia.
Methods：A total of 158 children with suspected DDH admitted to our hospital from June 2018 to December 2019 were selected as the research subjects, and they were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 79 cases each. The control group was given X-ray examination, and the observation group was given high-frequency ultrasound examination.
Results：The diagnosis rate of high-frequency ultrasound in the observation group was the closest to the clinical diagnosis rate, and the difference was not statistically significant (P<0.05); the X-ray diagnosis rate of the control group was 64.56%(51/79), which was significantly lower than the clinical diagnosis rate(96.20%,76/79), and the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).
Conclusion：The high-frequency color Doppler ultrasound has high clinical application value in the diagnosis of pediatric DDH, with clear diagnostic criteria and relatively mature and stable technology.

