儿童腺病毒感染引起重症肺炎的预测指标

Abstract

Abstract: Objective：To investigate the predictors of severe adenovirus pneumonia（SAP）in children.
Methods：The clinical data of 200 children with SAP were retrospectively analyzed. Logistic regression analysis was performed to assess the predictors of SAP in children.
Results：The univariate Logistic regression analysis showed that the lower the levels of HB, cholinesterase and plasma albumin, the higher the AST and LDH, and when combined with mycoplasma infection, adenovirus pneumonia was more likely to occur in children(P<0.05).
Conclusion：Indicators such as HB, cholinesterase, albumin, AST, LDH and combination with MP infection have predictive value for SAP in children.
