Abstract: Objective:To study the efficacy and safety of self-made Xunjing Zhijing decoction in children with tic disorder.
Methods:A total of 142 children with tic who were treated in our hospital from February 2018 to February 2019 were selected as observation subjects, and they were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 71 cases each. The control group was treated with haloperidol, auricular acupoint sticking and acupuncture, and the observation group was additionally treated with Xunjing Zhijing decoction on this basis. The treatment duration was 6 months. The efficacy, Yale tic overall severity scale(YGTSS) score and side effects were compared between the two groups.
Results:The total clinical effective rate was 97.18%(69/71) in the observation group, which was significantly higher than that in the control group(88.73%,63/71), and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment, the YGTSS scores of both groups were significantly lower than before treatment, and the observation group was lower than the control group, the difference being statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of side effects was 5.63%(4/71) in the observation group, which was significantly lower than 16.90%(12/71) in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).
Conclusion:The efficacy and safety of Xunjing Zhijing decoction are good, and it can also effectively improve the YGTSS score of children, which is worthy of promotion.
