Abstract: Objective To explore the effects of the nursing mode of four-in-one combined with multidisciplinary team on the compliance of children infected with H. pylori and the effectiveness. Methods A total of 175 children aged 3 to 10 years old who visited Guangxi Maternal and Child Health Hospital from May 2021 to May 2022 were selected as the research subjects, and they were divided into two groups: control group (n=87) and observation group (n=88). The control group received routine nursing and the observation group received four-in-one combined with multidisciplinary team nursing. After two weeks of treatment, the medication adherence, nursing satisfaction and eradication rates with one-time treatment for H. pylori were compared between the two groups. Results After two weeks of treatment, the medication adherence in observation group was 96.59% (85/88), higher than that in control group (47.13%, 41/87), and the difference was of statistical significance (P<0.05). The score for medication adherence was 7.47±0.69 in observation group, higher than that in control group (5.65±1.81) (P<0.05). The satisfaction rate was 92.05% (81/88) in observation group, higher than that in control group (67.82%, 59/87) (P<0.05). The eradication rate with one-time treatment in observation group was 93.18% (82/88), higher than that in control group (68.97%, 60/87) (P<0.05).Conclusion The nursing mode of four-in-one combined with multidisciplinary team for children infected with H. pylori can improve patients' medication adherence, and increase nursing satisfaction and the eradication rates with one-time treatment for H. pylori.
