Abstract: Tic disorders(TD) in children are chronic neuropsychiatric disorders that are complicated with inattention, hyperactivity, learning difficulties,obsessive-compulsive movements, and other behavioral disorders, which have a significant impact on the physical and mental health of the children and are worthy of attention. In recent years, the research on the "brain-gut axis" has become a popular topic, and the relationship between the "brain-gut axis" and neurological and psychiatric disorders has become a problem that people want to solve, which also has important implications for the disease course and progression of tic disorders. In this paper, based on the theory of "brain-gut axis",we analyze the connection between brain-gut axis and tic disorders, and discuss the clinical study of Kongsheng Zhenzhong pills and Erchen decoction in the treatment of tic disorders in children with spleen deficiency and phlegm aggregation,in order to provide new differentiated ideas for TCM treatment of pediatric tic disorders.
