Abstract:
Objective:To observe the effect and the mechanism of Qingfei Tongluo ointment on the expression of PI3K,AKT1/2 and NF-κB p65 in rats infected with RSV.
Methods:Totally 30 rats were randomized into 3 groups, namely, normal group, model group, treatment group, with 10 rats in each. The rats of the last two groups were made into RSV infection models. For treatment group Qingfei Tongluo ointment was given at the first day of the experiment, once daily for seven consecutive days.Examine the levels of PI3K,AKT1/2 and NF-κB p65 in lung tissue, using the method of immunohistochemistry.
Results:The result of PI3K,AKT1/2 and NF-κB p65 expression in lung tissue showed that:compared with the normal group, the model group had significant difference(P<005);compared with the model group, the treatment group had significant difference(P<005).
Conclusion:Qingfei Tongluo ointment is an effective drug for external use in RSV infection;its action mechanism may be through adjusting the PI3K/Akt/NF-κB signaling.
