咳喘灵泡腾片治疗小儿肺炎临床疗效观察

Abstract:
Objective:To evaluate the effects of Kechuanling effervescent tablets in treating children with pneumonia.
Methods:A randomized controlled trial was used.Totally 188 cases of children with pneumonia were divided into observation group(93 cases) and the control group(95 cases).The observation group was given Kechuanling Effervescent Tablets combined with basic treatment,and the control group was treated only by basic treatment,then evaluate these two groups of children with the disease concerning overall curative effect,Chinese medicine syndrome efficacy,disappearance time of fever and cough effect and hospital days.
Results:The observation group was better than the control group concerning the overall efficiency and effect on Chinese syndromes,the difference being statistical(P<005).The effect time and the disappearance time of cough,expectoration and lung roles was shorter in the observation group,and there was statistical difference(P<005).
Conclusion:Kechuanling effervescent tablets has the effect of relieving cough,reducing sputum,promoting the absorption of lung roles and shortening the treatment course in the treatment of children with pneumonia.
