沙棘干乳剂治疗小儿肠系膜淋巴结炎疗效观察

Abstract:
Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of sea-buckthorn dry emulsion in auxiliary treatment of pediatric mesenteric lymphadenitis.
Methods:Select 120 cases of children diagnosed with mesenteric lymphadenitis，and they were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 60 cases in each group.Control group was given amoxicillin clavulanic acid potassium dispersible tablets orally taken.Observation group was added sea-buckthorn dry emulsion.The course was 10 d.Observe clinical symptoms,signs,pain relief time and curative effect of two groups.
Results:The curative rate of the observation group was 883%(53/60),which was significantly higher than that of the control group［517%(31/60)］,and the difference was statistically significant.In observation group pain relief time after treatment was(20±15)d,which was shorter than that of control group(30±13)d.The improvement in clinical symptoms and signs was better in observation group than in control group(P<005).
Conclusion:The treatment with sea-buckthorn dry emulsion for pediatric mesenteric lymphadenitis is of significant effect,and it can effectively relieve clinical symptoms and signs of the disease,which is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
