物理降温与药物降温治疗急诊高热患儿的疗效对比

Abstract:
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of physical cooling and drug cooling in treating children with high fever.
Methods:A total of 195 cases of high fever in our hospital from March 2013 to May 2014 were selected and divided into two groups,103 cases in observation group and 92 cases in control group.Observation group was given physical cooling and control group was given drug cooling.Observe the treatment effect after 2,4 and 6 hours,respectively.
Results:Total effective rate and obvious effective rate of the two groups 2 h after treatment had no statistical significance(P>005).After 4 and 6 h,total effective rate and obvious effective rate of observation group were obviously higher than control group,the difference being statistically significant(P<005).
Conclusion:Physical cooling is quick and effective in treating children with high fever.
