Abstract:
Objective:To analyze medication characteristic of ZHANG Wenhuan in treating pediatric spleen and stomach disease based on the prescription management system software of TCM inheritance school.Mr.Zhang is one of the representative inheritors of second generation of Xiqi Wang′s Jishitang pediatric academic TCM school.
Methods:Collect 32 volumes of prescription stubs(more than 1 500 prescriptions) of Mr.Zhang from 1963 to 1966.These prescription stubs were numbered,taken photos,filed and annotated in proper sequence,and 405 pediatric prescriptions were entered in the system.Select 150 prescriptions of pediatric spleen and stomach disease and perform research based on statistical data processing,and analyze drug frequency,association rules among drugs and prescription patterns.
Results:Through analysis of 150 pediatric spleen and stomach disease prescriptions,it was found that liquorice was used the most frequently.In accordance with the order of the drug in frequency from high to low,the top six drugs were liquorice,dried tangerine or orange peel,atractylodes,poria cocos,rhizoma atractylodis and charred triplet.At the same time the medicine to tonify deficiency appeared most frequently,followed by damp dispel diuretic drugs,and qi-regulating drugs,heat-clearing drugs and aromatic damp-resolving drugs.
Conclusion:Based on the prescription management system software platform of TCM inheritance school,study on the data mining and medication regulation of Mr.Zhang in treating children with spleen and stomach disease not only provides effective guidance for clinical treatment of children with spleen and stomach disease,but also provides the basis for better inheriting the academic thoughts.
